Olde Florida is exclusively a Class A and Super C motorcoach resort. All coaches must be a minimum of 33’ in length and in good, well-maintained condition. motorcoach sites. Rectangular sites are typically 50’ W x 100’ D and typical waterfront pie-shaped sites measure out at approximately 85’ Water x 100‘ Depth x 39’ Frontage. There are four Casita models to choose from with features and options that can be customized to your tastes and requirements. Features include full kitchens, bedrooms, baths, living areas and laundry. Options include expanded square footage, second-floor lofts, golf cart garages, luxurious outdoor living and dining areas, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and fire pits, TVs, and roll-down screens. spectacular 15,000 +/- square-foot Clubhouse, featuring a stunning resort pool and “Flip-Flops”, our poolside bar serving up crafted cocktails, ice-cold beer, and delicious casual bites. The Clubhouse also features a whirlpool spa, sundeck, wellness/fitness center, dining room, “Scoops” ice cream parlor, waterfront fire pits, and more. There’s also an outdoor movie theater with an adjacent Food Truck Park and world-class sports complex featuring 8 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, bocce, horseshoes, and shuffleboard.
