Short Description
A year around ownership resort which also welcomes short/long term stays. The 40, 50 & 60 rows are pull-ins facing water features for Class A motorcoaches only. Another motorcoach only row is in Phase Three. Other types of rigs are permitted in the park. Most of the back-ins are in the 60 foot range, however some do stretch out longer. Over in Phase Three you will find pull-thrus #354 thru 364 in the 70 foot range. Wi-Fi at clubhouse only

DIRECTIONS: On I-40, Exit #9 and go south approximately 12-1/2 miles on Hwy 95 and take a left onto Chenoweth (midway between the 188 and 187 mile markers). Go east ¼ mile, turn left onto Victoria Farms Road (swing wide). Proceed ¼ mile to the park on the left.
