Short Description
The Rosa section has paved streets with gravel sites. They are pull-thru “semi-circle” style, and you may have to unhook and back in to a few of them even though they range up to 75 feet in length. Check out lake view sites # 120, 121, 126, 127, 131, 133 & 138 or try non-lake view sites #111, 114, 117 & 119. Park is open all year but situated at 6,000 foot altitude in a semi-desert mountain setting. No laundry.
FF: #101 - unhooking probable.
DIRECTIONS: Between Bayfield and Pagosa Springs head south on Hwy 151 approximately 18 miles past the Arboles sign and take a left at the Navajo State Park sign onto paved CR 982 to the park 1-1/2 miles down. Note: Ignore all camping signs to the left prior to coming to CR 982.
