At this Class A motorcoach (34 feet or longer) only ownership resort you will be in close proximity to the popular shopping and dining in La Quinta. Lot ownership opportunities and short and long term stays are welcome. Your well landscaped back-in lot will be a minimum of 35 feet wide by 65 feet long with a concrete pad/patio.  Four outdoor swimming pools and Jacuzzis are scattered throughout the resort and the active crowd takes advantage of the six pickleball courts and the tennis courts. DIRECTIONS: On I-10, Exit #139/Jefferson Street and go south briefly on Indio Blvd to Jefferson Street. Take a right and go south on Jefferson just over three miles to the light at 48th Ave. Turn left and the park will be down 1/3 mile on your left.
