Short Description
Here you will dry camp next to the largest lake in the Yukon.  This is a new large hard packed gravel pull-out on the right side going north on Hwy 1 at about the KM 1662.  You will have Kluane Lake on your patio side with exceptional views.  Bears do frequent this area.
FUEL:  Destruction Bay, Fas Gas, Destruction Bay Lodge & RV Park (13’ 6” clearance), left side
Note:  Beginning around Burwash Landing and continuing to the Alaska border you will experience intermittent frost heave areas, dips in the roadway and gravel.  This will be slow going and you will probably average around 35 MPH.  Do not rely on these frost heave areas to always be marked with orange flags.
Note:  After Beaver Creek you will be entering Alaska.  The US Customs has a 13 foot clearance.  Go to the truck lane on the left if you exceed this height.
Note:  The Alaska Highway changes to Hwy 2 in Alaska.

Short Description
A small dry camp park next to Big Creek worth considering. At 100 feet #3 is the prime site while #2 is a 70 footer right behind it. (We stacked up three rigs in these two spaces). Sites #7 & 10 are semi-circle pull-thrus exceeding 100 feet while site #5/6 makes for a 70 foot back-in. Site #12 is a 75 footer close to the entrance while #1 is 70 feet and you may have to unhook. In fact you may have to unhook at any of the sites.
DIRECTIONS: Heading north on Hwy 1 at about the KM 1042, turn right just after the bridge. If headed south on Hwy 1, turn left just before the bridge.

Short Description
No hookups at this facility. The first loop has all back-ins. Site #1 is 65 feet while #4, 7 & 8 are 75 footers. Site #2/3 is a 90 foot buddy site as is #9/10 which is very wide and well over 100 feet deep. Note There are a few boulders along the side of the road - should not be problematic. The second loop has several semi-circle pull-thrus exceeding 100 feet - #16, 19, 21, 25, 28 & 30 along with 75 foot back-in #17. Note Because of possible bear presence, only hard sided RVs are allowed.
DIRECTIONS: Heading north on Hwy 1, turn right just after the KM 1666. For a short distance the entrance road is not wide enough for two large rigs to pass each other in opposing directions.
