DIRECTIONS: Located on the east side of Fairbanks. If headed south on Hwy 2 (Richardson Hwy) take the Badger Road exit and go three miles to the park on the left. If headed north towards town on Hwy 2 (Richardson Hwy) take the Badger Road exit and head west 8-1/3 miles to the park on the right.

In the 45 foot range with room for your tow - #144 thru 160 (not 145, 154, 155, back out of 156) and #161 thru 177 (not 162 or 169). Back-ins #125 thru 137 approach 45 feet while #186 thru 202 (not 199) are 40 footers. There are a few back-in sites across from the pavilion which are acceptable if they block off the short section of the street for you - #178 is the best.

DIRECTIONS: On Hwy 1 take the Bragaw Street exit and head south 2/3 of a mile to the light at DeBarr Road. Proceed straight ahead and turn left onto East 16th Avenue (just before the next light). Go 1/4 mile to Hoyt Street, turn left and take a left into the park just before the light.

HAINES HITCH-UP RV PARK A very tidy park - all sites are 30 amp except 50 amp spots #67 thru 70. You will have a very wide street behind you with plenty of room for your tow in these 50 footers - #61 thru 75. For a 60 foot back-in with good elbow room choose #12, 13 or 20. FF: All sites listed. Wi-Fi. Open mid-May - mid-September. DIRECTIONS: As you approach town on Hwy 7, from the first 35 MPH sign go one half mile and after the curve take a left at the fork in the road onto Main Street. The park will be down on your right a few hundred yards. Note: You may experience some frost heaves on the way down from Haines Junction.

NOTE: We left our rigs here, took the tow and ferried over to Juneau for a one night stay. Spent the night at the waterfront Beachside Villa Inn, convenient yet away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area.

Here you will be adjacent to Kachemak Bay in a relatively new park. Pull-ins facing the water - #84 thru 87 offer the best elbow room, a wider road behind you and sites in the 50-55 foot range. Somewhat shorter are pull-ins #6 thru 27 at 45 feet. For a pull-thru select 55 footers #77 thru 81 or back-ins #2 & 3 which are 50 feet. Wi-Fi. Open mid-May - mid-September. Continue straight ahead on Homer Bypass Road and go two miles to the park on the left.
