Dry camping is the order of the day here and worthy of your consideration. The lower section has sites along the Snake River which you can face by pulling in--A1 thru A6 or A14. A13 and B1 are 100 foot pull-thrus in semi-circle fashion but not on the river. How about a view out your windshield of the Caribou Mountain Range? In the upper section try pull-thrus B2 thru B8 which approach 70 feet. Not all sites have electricity. No laundry. Good dump station. Open May 15th thru Labor Day. No reservations.
FF: B2 thru B8.
DIRECTIONS: Located on the south side of Hwy 26 at mile marker 387. If headed east from Swan Valley, proceed about 10 miles on Hwy 26 and the entrance is before the dam. If headed west on Hwy 26 from the Wyoming border, the entrance will be just past the dam as you are going down the hill.
