DIRECTIONS: At approximately the 191 mile marker on Hwy 17, head east on Hwy 544 just shy of two miles to the light at Hwy Bus 17. The entrance is straight across Hwy Bus 17.

The Savannah River is dammed up to form Lake Russell providing an opportunity for a worthwhile RVing experience in a natural setting. Sites #4, 5, 9, 10 & 20 are 90 foot back-ins while #19 is 65 feet. Back-ins exceeding 100 feet are #49, 50 & 51. Semi-circle pull-thrus over 100 feet are #43 & 46 while #76 is 75 feet. FF: #49, 50, 51 & 76. Some of these spots are lakeview and perhaps a campfire will be on your agenda. Water and 30 amp electric only. Good dump station. Paved streets and sites. DIRECTIONS: In town at the intersection of Hwys 72 and 81, head north on Hwy 81 for 1-1/4 miles to the park entrance on the left. About ½ mile down are a few low tree branches. Simply swing to the left when there is no oncoming traffic. From the park entrance the road to your site will be either 1-1/3 or 1-2/3 miles down. The park office is beyond these two turns.

This park is another option for the Charlotte area, and if not busy, you could have a double up site 90 feet long. Sites #39, 22 and the 55/70 row are possibilities. For water and electric only, try sites #41 and #43 thru 48. Park is very active during race weekends, holidays, etc. Paved streets, shady gravel sites. Wi-Fi. Note: Your site may not be a true 50 amp.
DIRECTIONS: On I-77, Exit #88 and go west 1/3 mile on Gold Hill Road to the park on the right. Pull in to the left of the gas station pumps and register at the store.
