Here you will discover a new and unique destination which opened in April 2019 on the Texas Gulf of Mexico Coast. You will have convenient access on the private boardwalk to twelve continuous miles of beach directly across the highway. The boardwalk is also suitable for golf carts and four wheelers. Wide paved streets and 20 foot wide paved pads. At the very front of the park are 75 foot pull thru B12 thru B18.
You may prefer the 55 foot back-ins along the Blue Water Canal with plenty of room to the rear of your rig: C1 thru C39, C41 thru C48 while C49 thru C76 have semi-private dockage for your boat. Additional 55 foot back-ins to the natural wetlands are another possibility, A1 thru A73. The Blue Water Bar and Grill on the premises provides excellent views of the Gulf along with a varied menu. Stay in touch with free fiber optic WiFi and cable TV. Your friends and family without RVs may also join you when staying in the fully furnished cottages, linens included. Pull thru spaces 75 foot long B26 thru B30 are located in the cottage area. Fido has a fenced dog walk and pickle ball players have their court. The zero entry swimming pool area has four covered beach huts while the large community pavilion is ideal for social gatherings. In addition, a banquet room is available for meetings/groups. A boat ramp with trailer parking and kayak/canoe launch into the Blue Water Canal are at your disposal to access, explore and fish the numerous waterways. Birding is very popular here in the winter months at the large Brazoria and San Bernard National Wildlife Refuges. Propane and laundry on the premises. 
DIRECTIONS: From Houston, head south on Hwy 288 towards Lake Jackson. Continue south thru Lake Jackson towards Freeport. Just before reaching Freeport you will approach the Hwy 288 and Hwy 332 Loop. Take Hwy 332 approximately nine miles to Surfside Beach and you will dead end at Hwy 257(Bluewater Hwy). Turn left onto Bluewater Hwy and motor down 11 1/4 miles along the coastal seashore to the park on the left.

This upscale resort (1,800 feet elevation) makes for a perfect home base to explore the Texas Hill Country. In addition, Fredericksburg is a short distance away while the attractions of San Antonio are an easy interstate drive away. Fenced, off leash 5000 sf doggy park. Expect a fairly wide paved street to lead you to an 85 foot space - #6059 thru 6073 and #6078 thru 6093. Consider a 65 foot pull-in with great elbow room facing the water - #6049. Other pull-ins to consider, all with grass and the water in front of you along with room for your tow - #6101 and 6102 - 65 feet, #6095 thru 6100 - 60 feet and #6050 thru 6058 - 50 foot range. Pull-ins are popular here and the adult only Executive Section boasts some 65-70 footers facing the water and/or greenbelt area - #6112 thru 6116 along with #6119 thru 6125. You’ll find a few lengthy pull-thrus and buddy sites in the Executive Section also. FF: Just about any site listed. Once settled in, relax around the two heated swimming pools / spas. Pickleball and tennis courts. Adult fitness center overlooking the creek. Prudent washing of your rig permitted. On site professional lube/oil change, rig washing and RV tech available. Friends without RV’s? Three cottages, fully furnished. If you are considering a group/rally gathering, large or small, the 10,000 square foot “barn” will accommodate you. An extensive commercial kitchen and dining area is available along with a second rally area complete with a kitchen. Periodic dinner shows with notable entertainment from Fall to Spring. You’ll definitely want to make this resort a repetitive stop on your RVing agenda. DIRECTIONS: On I-10, Exit #501 (Hwy 1338), turn left and scoot down a few hundred yards to the park on the left.
