A year around ownership resort which also welcomes short/long term stays. The 40, 50 & 60 rows are pull-ins facing water features for Class A motorcoaches only. Another motorcoach only row is in Phase Three. Other types of rigs are permitted in the park. Most of the back-ins are in the 60 foot range, however some do stretch out longer. Close neighbor possible in the following river sites - #69, 71, 72, 73 & 74, all 75 footers or 49, 51, 53 & 55 at 60 feet. Pull-ins in the 55-60 foot range facing the river - #21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 30, 33, 34, 42, 43 & 45 or back-in #15 - a 75 footer. FF: N6 thru N9, N2, 69, 71, 73, 74 and the dry camping.
