Short Description
Since the improvements and upgrades of the new owner in 2021 mosts of the sites here could fit you, but you will have to un-hook and park beside your rig at your site.  We recommend pull-thru sites #83, 85-89, 95, 111, 153, 203 & 253 which are in the 50 foot range. Paved roads and gravel sites. Wi-Fi
DIRECTIONS: From Coastal Hwy (DE-1) head west on Brick Granary Road 3/10 mile to the park entrance on your left. When leaving, we suggest you consider taking a left out of the park to the stop sign, then another left (on Pine Haven Road) which takes you back out to Coastal Hwy, which we feel is a safer intersection when leaving.

Short Description

A great family atmosphere on the water with lots of activity open April through October.  While most sites are technically capable of handling a big-rig at 54 foot average length and 40 foot width, they would require your disconnected tow to park beside you, so we recommend the longer, pull-thru sites that are in the 100 foot range which are #9, 10, 11, 12, 25, 38, 48, 68, 79, 151, 188, 203 & 218.  Paved streets, Some paved sites (pull-thru sites are paved), Wi-Fi.
FF: All sites listed.
DIRECTIONS: There are a few winding roads that get you here but we recommend taking the Coastal Highway east and turning right on DE-23 S which is/ becomes Long Neck Road. After 17.7 miles the resort will be on your left. Long Neck Road dead ends into a public boat launch that is a nice turn around should you need it.
