Nice park with beautiful views available from several sites. This park is definitely in the mountains, so be prepared for roads that have some turns and hills, but that is what you wanted to see in this area anyway- right? No late check-in after dark. Take your time and ask questions while checking in to be sure you understand the driving route within the park to get to your site. There are some roads that will be hard to get out off if you mistakenly go down them. We recommend sites #27- 31 that are in the 60 foot range, #33 is 75 feet. Swing wide when making the turn passed the office. Wi-Fi. Paved Streets.

Once in Brevard, use the Hwy 64 west truck route and then rejoin Hwy 64 west. Proceed to Lake Toxaway. At the intersection of Hwy 281, continue on Hwy 64 for ¾ of a mile to the park on the left. On I-85 in South Carolina, Exit #1 and head north on Hwy 11 approximately 32 miles. You will take a left on Hwy 130 (be careful - the sign sneaks up on you). Proceed on Hwy 130 (stay right when the road forks) and it eventually turns into NC Hwy 281. Hwy 281 dead ends into Hwy 64. Turn right and the park will be 1-1/2 miles down on your right.
