DIRECTIONS: Coming from the Alcoa/Maryville area, proceed on Hwy 321 to Townsend. In Townsend, take a left at the only traffic light. Go a few hundred yards and take an immediate left after crossing the bridge. The park will be down on your right. Note: Do not approach the park on Hwy 321 from Hwy 441/Pigeon Forge in your rig.

Be prepared to slide into some 100 foot sites - #43 thru 50. You will have a straight shot in at sites #25 & 36 - 75 footers, while #39 is 65 feet. If you can make do with only water & electric, sites #1, 2, 10 & 11 are 70 feet plus. FF: #25, 26 & 43. Wi-Fi. DIRECTIONS: On I-24, Exit #1 and head north/east on Hwy 48 a few hundred feet to Tylertown Road. Take a left and the park will be down on the left 1/3 of a mile.
